Citizens of vinyl city
An nsroc friendsim collaboration
What is it?
Citizens of Vinyl City is a NSR OC friend sim which takes place in NSR's Vinyl City. You get to friend mulitple ocs from artist in the NSR Community. From Festival Plaza to Dream Fever, choose a district and see who you face! You are also able to help out with the development by participating in it!
Despite NSR OCs being the main focus. NSR Characters can appear as a side side role. You are free to add them to your NSR OC's route.
Who could participate?
Anyone! You are free to participate. Digital Artists, Writers, and musicians are more than welcome to participate. As long as you have an NSR OC, you're good to go!
You are in charge of your OC and what they do!
You may also collaborate with other people in the project for different routes (i.e having another oc come into the scene with your oc) . In case that happens, you may help each other out!
what could you participate as?
You can mainly participate as Background Artists, Sprite Artist, writers, and more, But if you'd like to participate as something else, you are more than welcome too.
Artist (Background/sprite)
As an artist, you get to make your own backgrounds and sprites for your OC's route. You may also collaborate with others with backgrounds if you'd like.
For artist who do traditional art, don't worry. We'll help digitalize your OCs. You also get to help direct on how your OC will look like.
Writer
As a writer, you get to write your OC's route and help out others as well. There will be a script viewable and editable to the participants.

A2. It really depends on how many OCs and routes the collab has.Q3. How many OCs can I add?
A3. Adding 1-2 Ocs are fine, but you may combine the two Ocs as one for their route.Q4. How big should the drawing be?
A4.Background: 1920x1080
NPC Sprite: 540x960 (width may vary depending on the oc)Q5. Are there restrictions for OCs?
